Terms and Conditions

Users must be at least 18, provide reasonably accurate information, and protect credentials and devices. Accounts are personal and must not be shared to enable unauthorized access.

We may limit or suspend an account because of security risk, abuse, breach, non-payment, or a legal requirement.

Riqzz organizes personal financial information. It is not a bank, does not hold funds, does not initiate bank transactions, and does not guarantee that a calculation, projection, import, or report matches the official financial source.

Riqzz does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. Users should validate amounts, dates, balances, obligations, and decisions against their documents or advisers.

Users retain their rights in information they enter or forward. They grant Riqzz a limited license to host, process, transform, and present that content solely to provide, protect, and improve the contracted features.

Users may only upload or forward information they own or are authorized to process and must not use the service to access third-party accounts or data without permission.

The Financial Inbox requires specific consent. Rules may fail or produce incomplete candidates; no expense is created until the user approves it.

Revoking authorization does not automatically remove rules created in the email provider. Users must pause or delete them there to stop forwarding.

When a Pro trial is offered, it lasts 30 full days from completion of Stripe Checkout and requires a card. One trial is allowed per account that has never had a Pro subscription in Stripe. Abandoning checkout does not consume the trial. At expiry, the selected monthly plan or full annual plan is charged automatically at the amount shown before confirmation.

You may cancel renewal during the trial from Store and keep Pro until expiry without the first charge. Resuming renewal or changing the billing interval before expiry does not restart or extend the trial. Canceling a paid subscription preserves access until the contracted period ends. If the first post-trial payment is not confirmed, the account returns to Free until confirmation; records and manual use are preserved, Free quotas apply, and Pro features including automatic inbox processing are suspended.

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually and renew until canceled. An external provider processes payments and manages billing; Riqzz does not store the full card number.

The applicable price, currency, taxes, and billing period are shown before purchase confirmation. Cancellation applies according to the contracted period. Refunds, chargebacks, and withdrawal rights are governed by purchase information and applicable law; these terms do not impose a general waiver of consumer rights.

Users may not compromise security, automate abuse, interfere with third parties, bypass limits, or use Riqzz for unlawful activity. Riqzz, its marks, design, software, and original content belong to MolinaTec LLC or its licensors.

We may change, pause, or remove features because of maintenance, security, provider availability, or product evolution. We seek to avoid data loss but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Integrations and external services are also subject to their own terms. Riqzz does not control changes made by those providers.

Users may stop using Riqzz and request account termination. Riqzz may suspend or terminate access because of material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirement, providing notice when reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Riqzz is not responsible for decisions made without validating information, indirect damages, or failures attributable to external services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited or waived.

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance, especially when they affect optional features that process personal data.

These terms recognize Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13, Law No. 358-05, and other rules applicable to Dominican users. They do not impose an exclusive forum, mandatory arbitration, or waiver of non-waivable rights.

Any future registration of these terms as a standard-form contract before Pro Consumidor remains subject to legal review and the applicable procedure; this version does not state that such registration has already been completed.
