1. Necessary and optional processing
When creating an account, the user accepts the current Terms and Privacy Policy. Optional processing requires separate authorization.
Riqzz does not combine optional authorization with acceptance needed to provide the service.
2. Financial Inbox
Activation requires separate acceptance to receive and process financial emails forwarded by the user, including permitted attachments, for the purpose of preparing expenses for review.
The user keeps the decision to save or discard each suggestion. When the applicable scope changes materially, processing is paused until renewed acceptance is obtained.
3. Form of consent
Consent is requested through an affirmative action, without preselected boxes, and is recorded with the applicable date, channel, and version.
Third-party integrations require explicit user confirmation. Withdrawing authorization does not automatically remove rules created in the external provider.
4. Withdrawal
Users can pause or regenerate the Financial Inbox, manage rules in their provider, or contact contact@riqzz.com. Withdrawal does not automatically delete expenses the user already approved or invalidate earlier lawful processing.
5. Granular consent
When independent processing activities exist, Riqzz will provide separate controls and request new authorization before expanding an optional purpose.
